The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, such as projects executed in the Electrical Transmission sector, Sub-transmission sector, or Electrical distribution sector, with construction works including EHT lines, HT lines, LT lines, Distribution transformers, or Substations. The bidder should meet one of the following criteria: i. Experience in similar work under a single contract, costing not less than Rs. 195.46 Crores (i.e., 70% of the estimated amount of the project). ii. Experience in similar works under two contracts, each costing not less than Rs. 111.69 Crores (i.e., 40% of the estimated amount of the project). iii. Experience in similar works under three contracts, each costing not less than Rs. 83.77 Crores (i.e., 30% of the estimated amount of the project). In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), collectively, the partners should meet the criteria mentioned above, with each partner having completed at least one contract costing not less than Rs. 83.77 Crores (i.e., 30% of the estimated amount of the project). The works under the above contracts should be completed works only, and the bidder's experience as part of a Joint Venture or consortium or a sub-Contractor/Bidder will be considered only if the bidder can provide approval/acceptance of the mentioned works from the end-customer or the distribution company. Additionally, the bidder should have a project manager with 15 years experience in executing such contract of comparable nature, including not less than five years as manager. No detailed monetary values for similar works completed are mentioned, but the bidder is required to provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, including the value of outstanding work and estimated completion date. The bidder should also provide financial data, including total assets, current assets, total liability, current liability, profit before taxes, and profit after taxes, for the previous five years and projected for the next five years.
