The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, such as projects executed in the Electrical Transmission sector, Sub-transmission sector, or Electrical distribution sector, involving construction works like EHT lines, HT lines, LT lines, Distribution transformers, and Substations. To meet the criteria, the bidder must have experience in similar work under one of the following conditions: i. A single contract costing not less than Rs. 200.63 Crores, which is 70% of the estimated amount of the project. ii. Two contracts, each costing not less than Rs. 114.64 Crores, which is 40% of the estimated amount of the project. iii. Three contracts, each costing not less than Rs. 85.98 Crores, which is 30% of the estimated amount of the project. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the partners collectively should meet these criteria, with each partner having completed at least one contract costing not less than Rs. 85.98 Crores, which is 30% of the estimated amount of the project. The possible scenarios for a JV include one partner fully meeting the qualification requirements while the other partner(s) meet a portion, or all partners together meeting the requirements, each contributing a portion.
