Rota-evaporator The rota-vapour should have a vertical condenser for standard applications with cooling surface area of 1500 cm2 or better with a protection class of IP20 or better. The rotation speed of the instrument should be 20-280 rpm or better. The water bath should have controlled temperature range of heating within a range of 0-90oC or better with a capacity to accommodate evaporating flask from 50-4000 mL with same joint. All glass components should be made of Borosilicate 3.3 glass. Digital interface of 4 inches or better to facilitate monitoring of temperature, speed and vaccum. There should be a provision of power cut off when actual temperature exceeds set temperature or by rapid temperature increase. The system should have timer function to regulate the time of the process and automatic aeration when pressure reaches above 1400 mbar. The entire system should have CE/CSA approvals.
