Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes in light colour shades made using Soluble Salt Technology (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours andshades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Soluble salt Print Penetration should be up to 1 to 2 mm after the tiles are fired & polished ). a) Size 600x600 mm (Ref CSR 2020 14.112 a)

Black Granite stone tiles 15mm to 20mm thick in skirting, risers of steps, dado walls and pillars laid in 12.5mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone, including rubbing and polishing including labour for fixing dowel pins and cramps. (Ref Pb. CSR-2020 14.87)
