The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work should be approved by CSTE/Western Railway. In terms of values and percentages, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works, each costing at least 30% of the advertised tender value, - Two similar works, each costing at least 40% of the advertised tender value, - One similar work, costing at least 60% of the advertised tender value. The work experience certificate from a private individual is not considered, but certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above are accepted.
