The WR has issued a formal invitation for competitive bids for the Western Railway project, for Description :20 Pair Cable Termination Box As Per Following Specification And Attached Drawing.1) The Size Of The Box Should Be 243mm (h) X 130mm (w) X 100mm (d).2) The Ct Box Should Be Made Of 16 Swg Crc Sheet.3) The Ct Box Should Be Grey Colour Powder Coated.4) Terminal With Washer, Nut & Bolt Shou ld Be Of Brass And Should Be In Matrix 10 X 4 (i.e. Each Column Should Have 10 Terminals At Equal Interval). The Spacing Between 2nd And 3rd Column Should be Slightly Higher Than The Remaining Column Spacing.5) Brass Terminal Shall Be Terminated On Hylum Sheet Of Minimum 3mm Thick.6) There Shall Be A Cable entry Point Made Of Ms Pipe Of Dia. 25mm And Length 50mm At The Bottom Of The Box (about 25mm From The Base).7) There Shall Be Also A Cable Entry Point A t The Both Lower Side End Of The Box Of Dia. 20mm. Both The Cable Entry Point Shall Be Provided With Rubber Grommet.8) There Shall Also Be Locking Arrangeme nt. The Supplier Should Supply A Sample And Should Get It Approved Before Supplying The Total Quantity.
