As and when required by the Engineer in charge arranging/providing of labours for various safety related works such as protection of track etc. with contractors T&P, equipment etc. Scope of work as furnished in the tender and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Non Metalic (FRP) colour light signal housing multi unit type for railway signalling 1 suitable for RE area THREE Aspect. Complete without lenses, lamps and signal transformer as per RDSO DRG. No. SA 23001/A/M Adv. Alt- S and as per SPEC. No. RDSO/SPN/194/2006 (Vol. 1.0) or latest and FRP material as per RDSO SPEC. No. RDSO/SPN/151/1997 or latest.

Installation of NE type Full apparatus case and casting of CC foundation in the ratio of 1:3:6 for NE type apparatus case as per drg. No.CSTE/5074 using std. size holding down bolts. Item include excavation, ramming, curing and plastering with 1:4 cement and sand mixtures. This includes filling up of hollow space in the foundation both sand and top surface, plastering. (Aggregate not 5 exceeding 3.8 cm) Plastering should be done to level the surface on all sides upto 75 mm below the ground level after the cable is taken inside the apparatus case. Aggregate, sand, holding down bolts and cement to be supplied by the contractors. (NOTE: Due to local conditions in very special circumstances if the size of the above items required to be increased/decreased, the extra payment/deduction for variation of the CC work shall be calculated and paid on volumetric basis as per rate below.) This includes supply and fixing of telephone sockets, location lamp holder and making arrangement for pad locking of location boxes.

Supply of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) pipe with associated collars etc.as per 3 RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Ver. 1.0 and IS 14930 Part I & II or latest anti-rodent & anti-oxidant and non flame propagating type in 6 meters straight length and of size120mm outer dia,& 103.5mm inner dia. The required coupling arrangement should also be supplied.

ARA Terminal blocks with links made of PBT Spec No.IRS/75/2006(Rev - 2) with latest amendments and RDSO Drg.No.SA-23741A Alt.4.

Supply and installation of RCC cable route markers engraved and painted along the route every 50m and route diversion as per DRg.No.4014/00/CC4 or latest/Stone marker.

Supply of Phenolic Laminated sheet P3 Grade of size 1220mm x 1220mm x 12mm. as per Spec. No. IS2036 of 1995 or latest.).

Supply, fabrication & fixing of signal number plates as per site incharge.

Desk type Electronic Mageneto Telephone as per spec No IRS/TC-79/2000 or with latest amendments.

Excavation & Casting of CC foundation in the ratio of 1:3:6 for Main signal post as per 3 drg. no. CSTE/3122 using std. size holding down bolts nuts for erection of colour light signal post. Items include excavation, ramming, curing and plastering with 1:4 cement and sand mixtures. (Aggregate not exceeding 3.8 cm). Aggregate cement, sand and holding down blots, nuts to be supplied by the Contractor.

Modification/Alteration/augmentation of existing electronic interlocking (EI) system (KYOSAN make) of Elimination of level crossings by providing Road Over Bridges in lieu of LC No. 35 at Rly Km 541/6-7 between Chharodi and Jakhwada section as per RDSO specn No. RDSO/SPN/192/2019 /ver.2.0 as per approved Signaling Plans and Selection Table/Locking Table of stations (for phased doubling. LC removal etc.), technical specifications & special conditions of contract.This includes supplies necessary for alteration/modification in VDU's software. This also 1 includes supplies necessary for earthing the modified/altered/augmented EI those needed for rewiring external data-logger and fuse alarm system.Item includes preparation of Selection Table, Locking Table Control Panel and Route Section Plan, Wiring Diagram and other diagrams (other Technical documents if any) based on Signalling Plan supplied by Railways.This also includes supply, installation of interfacing relay and accessories. All internal wiring i.e. wiring from Relay to Relay, Relay to EI, Relay to CT Rack will be done by contractor as per railway practice. Completion Documents as per Technical Specication Section IV of the contract. Note-1:- After issue of LOA and before signing of Contract Agreement, successful bidder shall submit an undertaking/MoU from RDSO approved EI OEM to confirm compliance with extant RDSO guidelines and to meet contract specific requirements.

Supply and installation of dual tone bell/buzzer, with 25W horn working on 12/24 V DC for road user as per site requirement.

Painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on the 21 following after scraping & cleaning surface wherever necessary with contractor's own supply of paints. Wherever required contractor shall apply coating of epoxy paint also as per instructions of site-in- charge. Epoxy paint will be supplied by Railways.NOTE:- The paint and primer should be from Asian Paints/ Nerolac / Dulux / Berger. The primer / enamel paints (Aluminum synthetic, black enamel, brilliant white and yellow) will be as per (IS 5660 of 1970) / (IS 2932 of 1974). Main Signal Post with Signal Units, Surface base and complete fittings as per Western Railways standard practice.

Earth Electrode as per Drg. No. CSTE / 6091

Colour Light Signal Complete. This includes: (1) Post Tubular 140 mm Dia, as per IRS S- 6/81 or Latest & RDSO Diag. No. SA-24625 (Advance). (2) CI Base (As per IRS S-10 & RDSO Drg. No. 4 2011/M with latest assembly). (3) Pinnacle. (4) Ladder Assembly, as per RDSO Drg. No. SA-23156), with Base, Ladder Guards, Platform, Front Maintenance Platform, MS Supporting bracket to Support Ladder. (5) Signal Front Staging Complete Assembly for CLS Unit (6) Signal back staging as per extent WR Practice. Note: Height of the Post shall be 5.5Meter Long.

Supply of Medium class G.I. Pipes as per specification IS: 1239 (Pt.I)-1990 or latest 100mm dia. ( int. dia) 3.65 mm+/- 10% thick with coupling G.I. Pipes shall have ISI mark on it.

Jointing of 4 / 6 quad /Signaling cable with Heat Shrinkable straight through Jointing 14 Kit. All the material required for the work are to be arranged by contractor himself at his own cost except Thermo shrinkable Joint Kit . After jointing the cable through test such as insulation test, continuity, cable losses etc. to be carried out jointly with Railway Engineer. If any defect or any damage is observed during jointing, the contactor has to redo the joint free of cost.

Installation of earth electrode as per std. practice and connecting it to equipments to be earthed. This item includes digging of pit in earth 3 m deep & fixing earth electrode pipe, casting 19 of cement concrete enclosure & cover as per Drg No. S&T/Tender/27.Soil treatment to be done as per std. practice. This item includes provision of earth lead wires and soldering of lead wires. The other end of the wire is to be connected to block equipment, power equipment, cable sheath, signals etc. as per site requirements. 7strand GI wire shall be used as earth lead wire. (Supply of earth electrode is covered in Sch. 'A').

SS Location box made of Spl. Grade SS 304 of size as per drg. No. DRM/SG/945 dt. 03.03.2011 (Half app. Case). Manufactur's certificate in regard to grade of stainless steel and its protection level shall be submitted at the time of supply.

Supply and placing of trunking and capping (RCC duct) of 300mm width & 700mm length as per DRG No. SDO/Cable laying/007(annexure-10 or latest) as detailed in document no. RDSO/SI/G/2010 Ver.1.1 or latest on guidelines on signalling cable laying.

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous items in the ratio1:3:6. Item includes excavation, ramming, curing and plastering with cement sand mixture (aggregate not exceeding 3.8 cm). Aggregate, cement and sand to be supplied by contractor.

Fabrication and fixing of phenolic laminated sheet P3 Grade in half apparatus case NE 8 type of size 10/12mm thick in location box by providing all fixtures as per Railway Drawing including fixing of PVC coated string rods at the back side for cable support with contractor's own materials. The work shall be done as per drg and arrangement similar to SK 783-1/2. with latest alterations & as per instructions of Rly engineer at site.

Hiring of JCB machine(in good working condition for leveling and dressing ground/dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc.with contractors 28 labour,JCB machine,machine operator,fuel etc.The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the state of operation,as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old.Payment shall made for actual working hours at site. (i) 01 JCB machine for approx 4 to 5 Hrs.per day for 30 days.01x5Hrs x 50 days=250 Hrs. (ii) The time period and working days may be decress/increase as per site condition. The payment shall be made as per actual working hrs.

Supply of Electrically Operated Lifting Barrier complete set suitable for 110VDC/24V 11 DC supply with motorized boom locking arrangements as per RDSO Spec. SPN/208/2012 Ver. 2.0 or latest amendment. One set consisting 02 Nos of Barriers of length 09.76 Mtrs. along with Spares & tool kit mentioned in RDSO Spec. SPN/208/2012 Ver. 2.0 or latest clause 10.1 & 10.2

Manual Horizontal Auger boring for crossing of Road/track at depth of 1.0m from ground level/ bottom of rail flange including insertion of 100mm dia (with thickness 3.65mmm) DWC pipes/coupling etc all complete as per direction of engineer incharge.

Erection of CLS Post with base and signal unit on top or on OFF set Bracket, fixing of front and back staging, ladder and guards, signal name plates / boards if any with contractor's own 4 brackets and fixing materials. This also includes erection of auxiliary signals like calling on, shunt signal if any. The work shall be done as per instructions of Rly engineer at site. It also includes provision & fixing of maintenance platform as per design given by Engineer -In-Charge at site. The Item includes cutting of Signal post if required by Site In charge. 2/3/4 aspect signal unit mounted directly on signal post.

Fabrication and fixing of Signal Number Plate( CSTE Drg No CSTE/6186) , 'A' Marker 23 (Drg No. CSTE/6180), 'AG' Marker (Drg No. CSTE/6181), 'P' Marker (Drg No. CSTE/6182), Arrow Marker (Drg No. CSTE/6183), 'G' Marker (Drg No. CSTE/6184), 'C' Marker (Drg No. CSTE/6185). marker disk on signals as per standard practice All material required for this work shall be supplied by Contractor.

Dismantling/Releasing of the existing Mechanical/Electrical gate with barrier complete and transportation to nearest station/ depot of consignee or any other place as per railway requirement. This work to be done by contactors with his own vehicle and labour.

Professional AC/DC clamp meter 33⁄4 digit, true RMS measurement, For Measurement 13 of DC/AC currents up to 1000A, Voltage up to 600V, resistance up to 40M and frequency up to 1MHz with set of leads & carrying case. Model-DCM39A or equivalent/higher make Motwane/Stanlay/Fluke/Megger.(Supplied as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.).

Digging of 1.0 M deep and 0.3 M wide trenches in all type of soils including soft rock as per cable route plan, back filling after laying of cables. This includes clearing of roots of trees, 10 bushes and temporary obstruction. Ramming of soils and planting of cables markers at every 30 to 50mtrs as well as where direction of trench changes. Where Digging of 1.0M depth is not possible or the same is reduced and accepted by engg. incharge of the work, payment shall be decreased proportionate to the depth excavated compared to 1.0M. Any dry stone pitching disturbed during the work shall be restored back to the original conditions by the contractor with own materials and labour.

Fixing of ARA Terminals /Screw less connectors and fuse blocks on phenolic laminated sheets and fixing by stainless steel/brass nuts & bolts. This includes provision of two additional holes on the board on either side for cable conductor entry.
