The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs …… Crores (40% of estimated cost) - OR Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs …… Crores (60% of estimated cost) - OR One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs …… Crores (80% of estimated cost) For building works, the number of storey for the purpose of definition of similar work may be taken as under: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys or completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to five storeys. - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys or completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to eight storeys. - More than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Ten storeys or completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys. In case the work involves construction of two or more basements, then it is to be stipulated in the definition of similar work that the agency should have executed one similar work with minimum one basement under one Agreement. Experience in Similar class of works is given 20 Marks, with - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) – on pro rata basis. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years in Form “C”. The form requires details such as the name of the work/project, location, owner of the sponsoring organization, contract number, cost of the work, dates of commencement and completion, and whether the work was done on a back-to-back basis. The bidder should also provide a Performance Report of similar works in Form “D”, which includes details such as the type of structure, number of storeys, and whether the work executed with various installations like electrical, firefighting, and HVAC. Note that specific amounts for similar works completed are not provided.
