The bidder should have prior work experience in successfully completing or substantially completing similar works. The required experience can be demonstrated by completing: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost. Substantially completed works are defined as those that are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done being 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder needs to provide information on the "Quantity of work performed" and "Value of contract" for the previous works completed. The bidder should have prior work experience, specifically, they should have completed important projects in the last five years. The bidder is required to submit a list of these projects along with an experience certificate. The bidder should indicate actual figures of costs and amount for the works executed by them. For works completed in foreign currency, the current market exchange rate will be applied for conversion into Indian rupees.
