The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed all main items of work described in the bid document in the last five years and the current year before the submission of the bid. The bidder should have a minimum amount of work experience, with specific requirements for different types of work, such as: - Two graduate Civil Engineers and three diploma Civil Engineers when the cost of the work to be executed is more than Rs.50 lakhs. - One graduate & two Diploma, Civil Engineers when the cost of the work to be executed is more than Rs.15 lakhs but less than Rs.50 lakhs. - Minimum Two Diploma Civil Engineer when the cost of work is less than Rs.15 lakhs but more than Rs. 5 lakhs. - Minimum One Diploma Civil Engineers for the work when the cost of work to be executed is less than Rs.5 lakhs. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 5.90 Core in any one year over the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of construction of similar works, with a value of at least 40 percent (i.e., Rs. 2.36 Core) of the proposed contract within the last five years. This similar work should include a minimum of 1672 RMT pile work and 450 CMT concrete work. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as: - A minimum of 40 percent of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 2.36 Core. - The substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed as on the date of submission, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price.
