The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works. They should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: a) Three similar completed works projects costing not less than 40% of the estimated project cost, b) Two similar completed works projects costing not less than 50% of the estimated project cost, c) One similar completed works project costing not less than 80% of the estimated project cost. The cost of work, work order, duration of work, and completion certificate of the client will be considered for qualifying the technical bid. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide a list of works executed in the last seven years with the cost of work and duration, completion certificates, and turnover for the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24.
