Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (DSR cn:4.1.3 P/99)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum (DSR cn: 5.33.1.1 P/120)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (DSR cn: 5.22.6 & 5.22A.6 P/118)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. (DSR cn:-5.9.1, P/114)

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns including edge moulding with polishing, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying, Installation, testing, commissioning of National Flag of size 20 x 30 Ft, in 100% shiny knitted polyster (160 GSM) with reainforced super strong webbing on all three sides & rope/toggle sleeve with necessary fixtures/fastners of standerd quality.{As per MR + 1 % L.C. (15000.00+150.00=15150.00)}

Providing & erecting Pipe type earthing with 40 mm dia 2.5 mtr long 'B' grade G.I. Pipe with necessary coupling buch buried in specially prepared earth pit & G.I. earth wire of 8 SWG erected & connected as directed, With using salt & charcol/coke as required for pipe type earthing. {As per MR + 1 % L.C.
