The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Experience of successful completion of similar work during the last Five (5) years with certain government departments or undertakings. - The similar completed works shall be Turnkey/ Design & Build/ EPC/Item rate for Streetlight works as main contractor. - The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, - OR two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - OR three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - The bidder's personnel should have the following experience: - Project Manager: min. 10 years of work experience with min. 5 years in similar projects. - Electrical Engineer: min. 3 years of work experience with experience in similar projects. - Certify Electrician: 5 years’ experience in similar projects. - Cable Jointers: 5 years’ experience in similar projects. - HSE: 5 years of experience in similar projects. - Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% financially completed. - The bidder should have experience in similar projects, with a relevant degree or diploma in construction safety and a minimum of 5 years of experience. - The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years of experience in similar projects, with a Relevant Degree or Diploma in Construction Safety. - The bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover for any three years out of the last five years, but the exact amount is not specified. - The percentage to apply to the value of the work not completed, representing the employer's additional cost for completing the works, shall be 20 percent. - A bonus will be paid if the contractor achieves completion of the whole of the works prior to the intended completion date, with a bonus of 5% of the initial contract price for 50% time saved, 4% for 40% time saved, 3% for 30% time saved, 2% for 20% time saved, 1% for 10% time saved, and 0% for less than 10% time saved, but only for works amounting to above INR 5 crore with a time limit of the works equal to or more than 6 months.
