The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, such as Gate operation and maintenance, watch and ward work of the canal, Dam highway, airport highway, road, and bridge works. The bidder should have completed a minimum amount of total annual work done in one year in the last 5 completed financial years, which is 15% of the estimated amount put to tender, with a minimum amount of Rs. 59.36 lakhs. The bidder should have completed works with a total quantity done during the last five years, with details of quantities of main items of similar nature of work, including earthwork, concrete works, and other civil engineering projects. For earthwork, the bidder should have completed works with a total quantity done during the last five years. For concrete works, the bidder should have completed plain cement concrete, reinforced cement concrete, plain cement concrete lining, reinforced cement concrete lining, brick lining, clay tiles lining, and masonry works, with total quantities done during the last five years. The lead partner in a joint venture should meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, which is Rs. 395.74 lakhs. The bidder should have completed a certain value of similar works, with a minimum amount of Rs. 59.36 lakhs, which is 15% of the estimated amount put to tender. The bidder should also have access to liquid assets, or have available, liquid assets up to 25 percent of the value of the contract, which is Rs. 98.93 lakhs. The bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract, which is Rs. 98.93 lakhs.
