The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in providing design and consultancy services for at least one project of a similar nature, executed within the last seven years, with a capacity exceeding 100 million litres per day. The similar project should include pipeline works, pumping station, surveying using Drone, fixing of alignment, Hydraulic & Structural design, SCADA, Estimation, Detailed Project Report, and Preparation of Tender. The bidder is required to have a minimum Annual Turnover of Rs. 226.200 lakh per annum from professional fees in any one financial year during the last seven years from Indian Operations only. For key personnel, the required experience is as follows: - Team Leader/Project Manager: 10 years plus as a Team Leader/Project Manager in infrastructure projects with experience in construction planning and management, or 15 years experience in the relevant field. - Structure Engineer: 5 years plus as a Design engineer & CAD Professional in water resources, water management, and infrastructure projects. - Civil Engineer: 5 years having experience in planning & Execution of irrigation, water resources, and major infrastructure projects. - Mechanical Engineer: 5 years plus having experience in pumping and valve mechanism of piped connections of irrigation, water resources, and major infrastructure projects. - Electrical Engineer: Minimum 5 years of experience in design, planning, and execution of pumping house electrification works. - Quantity Surveyor: 3 years plus as a Quantity Surveyor in water resources, water management, and infrastructure projects. - Water Resource Engineer: 7 years as a water resource engineer in water resources, water management, and infrastructure projects. - Surveyors: 3 years plus as a surveyor in water resources, water management, and infrastructure projects. The evaluation of the bidder's experience will consider the following: - Years of experience on similar projects (15% weightage) - Number of total projects done as a consultancy assignment (10% weightage) - Number of projects in a similar nature (position) (10% weightage) - Number of projects done in a similar field (15% weightage) The bidder's technical proposal will be evaluated based on the experience and qualifications of the key personnel, with a minimum qualifying mark of 200 out of 250. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar nature of works as defined, with specific marks allocated for different cost ranges. - 15 marks for each project with a cost of more than 208.8 Cr but less than 300 Cr, up to a maximum of 45 marks. - 30 marks for each project with a cost of more than 300 Cr but less than 500 Cr, up to a maximum of 45 marks. - 45 marks for each project with a cost of more than 500 Cr, up to a maximum of 45 marks. Additionally, for larger assignments of well-known projects, the following marks are allocated: - 15 marks for each project with a cost of more than 350 Cr but less than 700 Cr, up to a maximum of 45 marks. - 30 marks for each project with a cost of more than 700 Cr but less than 1000 Cr, up to a maximum of 45 marks. - 45 marks for each project with a cost of more than 1000 Cr, up to a maximum of 45 marks. The experience in years of the applicant is also evaluated, with the following marks: - 2 marks for more than 10 years but less than 12 years. - 5 marks for more than 12 years but less than 15 years. - 10 marks for more than 15 years.
