The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works such as construction of specified dam/weir equipped with vertical gate/radial gate having hydraulic hoist system with a minimum capacity of 120T, or Operation & Maintenance of specified dam/weir equipped with vertical gate/radial gate having hydraulic hoist system with a minimum capacity of 120T. The bidder should have completed at least one work of a similar nature in the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as having a minimum value of Rs. 305.72 lacs, which is at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works should be substantially completed, meaning at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 152.86 lacs in any one year over the last five years. The bidder must have carried out a minimum quantity of main items with respect to the peak annual requirement of the work for which the Bid is invited. The annual performance of the Bidder for this requirement shall be worked out by considering the highest/best annual performance in any one financial year of the last five completed financial year’s performance. The base year for calculating the experience is the current financial year, and enhancement factors will be used for the costs of works executed and the financial figure to a common base value for works completed in India. In case of foreign currency, the current market exchange rate will be applied for the purpose of conversion of the amount in foreign currency into India rupees.
