Providing and fixing 20cm x 15cm x 2.50cm size year plate of marble stones set in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing, engraving letters etc. complete.

Numbering the C.D. work with approved paint including all materials for paintings etc. complete.

Providing and casting in-situ controlled cement concrete M-250 for R.C.C. return as per drawings including centering, shuttering, scaffolding where necessary, laying, vibrating, curing and finishing complete. (A) All Height RCC return.

Earthwork for embankment including breaking clods, dressing with all lead and lift and including watering, rolling and consolidation of subgrade in layers at O.M.C. to required dry density, including filling the depressions which occur during the process using power roller (8T to 10T). From borrow area within 3.0 KM. Lead (more than 10 ton).

Construction of granular Sub base by providing coarse graded material gravel using size 53mm to 26.5mm @ 35%, 26.5mm to 4.75mm @ 45% and coarse sand @ 20%; spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface; mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC; and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density; complete as per Clause 401.2 Table 400.1 grade-III.

Construction of granular Sub base by providing coarse graded material BTMC using metal 53mm to 26.5mm @ 35%, aggregate 26.5mm to 4.75mm @ 45% and stone dusts 2.36mm & below @ 20% incl. spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix-in-place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.2 Table 400.1 grade-I.

Providing and laying priming coat with emulsion SS-1 grade and spraying emulsion with spray set fitted on mechanical bouzer using emulsion at the rate of 7.5 Kg./10 Sqm. on WMM surface incl. cleaning the surface etc. complete.

Providing and laying 37.50 mm thick Bituminous Macadam using B.T. Aggregate as per MORT & H specification and Emulsion RS-1 for tack coat @ 2.50 Kg./10 sq.mt. with mechanical sprayer & Bitumen Grade VG-30 for mixing @ 34 Kg./Mt. i.e. 3.40% by weight of total mix including heating and mixing the aggregate & asphalt in a continuous batch mix plant and spreading the same by sensor paver finisher & consolidation with vibratory roller including providing all materials, equipments, tools & plant, firewood, oil, kerosene, labour charges etc. complete using contractor’s own machinery, drum mix plant & paver finisher etc. complete.

Providing and laying 20 mm thick mixed seal surfacing using stone chipping and aggregates as per MOR&H gradation with bitumen grade VG-30 @ 5.09% of weight mix i.e., 50.90 kg/m³. Including heating the asphalt and aggregate by continuous batching drum mix plant, transporting and mixed material and spreading the same by paver finisher and consolidation by vibratory roller of 80 kN to 100 kN static weight including providing tools, plants, firewood, oil, kerosene, labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing guard stone as per I.R.C. type design including white washing etc. complete. (ii) Fixing in C.C. 1:5:10.

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic paints with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface, providing and laying a hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sq m area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Zebra pattern/bump pattern lane/center line/edge line/cut pattern. The white color marking should provide luminance coefficient on cement road shall be min 130 mcd/m2/lux and asphalt road shall be min 100 mcd/m2/lux during the service life during the daytime. The marking should meet the performance criteria for night time reflectivity, wet reflectivity and skid resistance as mentioned in the section 15 of IRC 35-2015. Warranty for the retroreflectivity should be two years.

CatEye/RoadStud/RPM: Supplying Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with Microprismatic lens (No Glass bead lens) capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 13635 kgs. Tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97-DOIIIDt 11.06.1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 20 mm, 130 mm and 130 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degrees. The body of the markers should have finger grip for easy and accurate placement and application with epoxy / bituminous Adhesive as recommended by the manufacturer of the marker. The color of the marker should be as per the IRC 35-2015 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
