The required prior work experience for the bidder includes achieving a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. The values and percentages mentioned are: * 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract * 90 percent completion of works * Annual value of contract/contracts applied for, with a specific amount of Rs.2,37,02,307.31 mentioned * The lead partner in a joint venture must meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria given * The experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria The bidder should have access to, or have available, liquid assets and / or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract / contracts applied. The bidder needs to provide details of work performed, including the value of the contract, and quantities of work executed. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with specific details to be provided for each project. A certificate from the engineer-in-charge should support their claims, and a bank certificate should certify the bidder's good financial standing.
