The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid documents, in works of a similar nature over the last five years. The experience should include substantially completed works, which means those works that are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 50 Crore, and should have access to, or have available, liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied. The bidder should also have a sound financial position, with audited balance sheets for the last five years demonstrating long-term profitability. In terms of specific values, the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria, with the lead partner meeting not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and other joint venture partners meeting at least 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. For joint ventures with an estimated project cost of 50 Crore and above, the lead partner should meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria. The bidder should provide information on the following: - Project Name - Name of the Employer - Description of work - Contract No. - Value of contract (in Rs. Crore) - Date of issue of work order - Stipulated period of completion - Actual date of completion - Remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed Additionally, the bidder should provide quantities of work executed as prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, including: - Year - Name of the work - Name of the Employer - Quantity of work performed (in Cum/MT) - Remarks (including contract reference) The bidder should also provide information on the value of similar works completed. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of Frame structure building work of G+3 and above of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed by the applicant as prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90 % or more of the original contract price. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of any one of the last five financial years, updated to the current financial year, which shall be more than the annual value of the contract or contracts applied for.
