The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road works) of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90 % or more of the original contract price. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover, defined as billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only, in any one year, over the last five years of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. The bidder should have prior work experience where the value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price. The annual financial turnover amount should be Rs.2409.97 Lakh and the value of work should be Rs.1927.98 Lakh. The bidder should also have a history of completing similar works, with a minimum of 90% completion of the original contract price. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% or more, and the amount is 90% of the original contract price. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of at least 50 percent of the estimated project cost for the lead partner in a joint venture, and at least 30 percent of the qualifying criteria for other joint venture partners.
