The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 1141.60 lacs in any one year, over the last five years (2019-20 to 2023-24). Additionally, the bidder needs to provide information on the total value of Garden Development and Maintenance Work performed in the last five years, in Rs. Lakhs, and provide details of projects completed, including project name, employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract (in Rs. Crore), and dates of issue and completion of work. The bidder should provide a Bank Certificate showing a credit worthiness of 25 percent of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 95,13,335.00. The experience should be in the form of a scan copy of experience in form-3A of Govt. & semi govt. sites for Garden Development, clearly showing the breakup of total work done amount into development and maintenance parts.
