The bidder should have experience in similar work, and they are required to provide information on their experience in similar work, including the value of similar works completed. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. Specifically, the bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions worked performed in the last five years. The bidder should also provide details of work performed, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, and other relevant details. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of (Road works) of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. Additionally, the bidder is required to undertake that their firm would invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. A 20 percent percentage is also mentioned to apply to the value of the work not completed, representing the Employer's additional cost for completing the works.
