The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically in highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway. They should have completed or substantially completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40 percent of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 percent completed.
