20 mm thick sand-faced cement plaster on wall up to all height above ground level, consisting of a 12 mm thick backing coat of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and an 8 mm thick finishing coat of CM 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand), etc., complete. All height etc. complete.

Providing and laying broken china mosaic flooring for terrace using 12 mm to 20 mm broken pieces of glazed tiles to be laid over cement mortar 1:3 to plain or slope and to be tempered to bring mortar cream out up to the surface using white cement, including rounding off junctions and extending them up to 15 cm along the wall, clearing with water and oxalic acid etc. as directed.

Providing and laying internal cement-based waterproofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces, etc. consisting of the following operations. (a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 3645 over the R.C.C. slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brickbats 25 mm to 100 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 over a 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including the junction of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 2645. (d) Finishing the surface with a 20 mm thick joinless cement mortar of mix 1:4 admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 and finally finishing the surface with neat cement slurry and making 300 x 300 mm.

Finishing wall with waterproofing cement paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an approved brand manufacture and required shape, even shade after thoroughly brushing off loose powdered materials.
