The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Experience of executing works of a similar nature over the last five years. * Completion of works with a minimum value of: + Rs. 50 lakhs: Two graduate Civil Engineers and three diploma Civil Engineers. + Rs. 15 lakhs to Rs. 50 lakhs: One graduate and two Diploma Civil Engineers. + Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 15 lakhs: Minimum one Diploma Civil Engineer. + Less than Rs. 5 lakhs: Minimum two Diploma Civil Engineers. * Completion of works with a certain quantity of work executed, including Cement Concrete, Masonry, Earth Works, and Bituminous Work. * Experience in road works, specifically in strengthening/resurfacing/renewal work, widening work, new road construction, four-laning, or six-laning. * For prequalification, the cost of the work involving road widening is to be considered. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: * The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 1,073.80 Lakhs (updated to the current financial year) in any one of the last five financial years. * The bidder should have completed at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 393.72 Lakhs (40% of the amount put to tender of the proposed work). * For joint ventures, the lead member must have experience of not less than Rs. 295.29 Lakhs (75% of the amount mentioned, i.e., 30% of the amount put to tender), and each of the remaining members must have experience of not less than Rs. 200.51 Lakhs (51% of the amount mentioned, i.e., 20.4% of the amount put to tender). * The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should provide details of the work completed and the amount of work done.
