The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least 5 years of experience in similar works, such as highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed include a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
