The required prior work experience for the bidder includes providing information on their work experience, such as the quantity of work performed, in a specified format. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract. Additionally, the bidder is required to provide information on their past work experience, including the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, details of work performed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, and quantities of work executed. They must provide information on at least three projects completed in the last five years, including the value of the contract and the actual date of completion.
