The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years. The evaluation criteria for this experience include 50% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and in between these two on a pro-rata basis, with a maximum of 20 marks. The bidder should have completed similar works successfully during the preceding seven years, with details to be furnished. The average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality shall be taken on the basis of performance report of these works. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have a minimum turnover, with the average annual turnover during the last five years being considered, and a solvency certificate of value not less than RS. 10.67 CRORES. The bidder must have completed similar works with a value of at least twice the minimum eligibility criteria to get 100% marks, and 50% marks for the minimum eligibility criteria. However, the exact minimum eligibility criteria, amount, or percentage of similar works completed are not specified. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works completed during the last seven years, including the cost of work in Crores of Rupees for each similar work completed. The bidder should secure at least 50% marks in each section, including experience, and 60% marks in aggregate to become eligible for short-listing.
