The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successful experience as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, with at least one similar work having an updated completion cost of not less than 40% of the amount put to tender. The bidder should have completed or substantially completed work similar to the proposed work, with a gross value of work done of at least 90% of the original contract price. The value of similar work should be at least 40% of the amount put to tender for the bidder. For a joint venture, the lead member should have a minimum experience of similar work updated cost of at least 30% of the estimated cost, and another member should have a minimum experience of similar work updated cost of at least 20.4% of the estimated cost. The bidder must have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder's prior work experience will also be considered if they have performed as a nominated sub-contractor in the past, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should provide information on the quantity of work performed, including cement, concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, for each year. The bidder should also provide details on existing commitments and ongoing works, including the value of works remaining to be completed. The total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years should be mentioned, with specific details on the year, work done value (in Rs. Lakhs), and supporting documents certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA) for each year from 2017-18 to 2023-24. The estimated cost of the work is mentioned as Rs. 64,57,665.00. The bidder should have an updated annual turnover of not less than a specified amount, and for a joint venture, the lead partner must have an updated annual turnover of not less than 51% of the specified amount, and the remaining partner must have an updated annual turnover of not less than 30% of the specified amount. The net worth of the bidder should be a minimum of a specified amount (in Rs. Crore) in the previous financial year. The available bid capacity is calculated as Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum updated total amount of works executed in any one year of the last five financial years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the proposed work, and B is the amount of existing commitments and ongoing works to be discharged during the time interval of N years from the bid due date.
