Project Implementation Unit Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically in works of a similar nature, which includes construction of prefab steel structure or composite structure comprising steel structure and RCC structure of Ground Floor and above, including HVAC, Electrical, Lift, ELV, Water Supply, and drainage & Sanitary works. The bidder should have completed at least one work of Prefaab Structure or composite Structure comprising Steel structure and RCC structure of Ground Floor and above of at least 40 percent of Estimated value (2.89 crore) within the last Seven years. The bidder must have successful experience in completing or substantially completing at least one work with an updated completion cost not less than Rs. 2.89 crore, which is 40% of the amount put to tender, and such work must have been completed or substantially completed within the last 5 financial years, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. For joint ventures, the qualifying threshold amount of updated completion cost is Rs. 10.60 Crores for the lead member and Rs. 7.20 Crores for the other member. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of more than Rs. 7.23 Crore in any one year over the last five years. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed similar works with an updated completion cost of at least 40% of the estimated value, and substantially completed works with a gross value of 90% or more of the original contract price. The annual turnover requirement is more than Rs. 7.23 Crore, and for joint ventures, the lead partner should have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. 18.00 Crores and the remaining partner should have an updated annual turnover of not less than Rs. 10.60 Crores.
