Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures or from borrow area graded by motor grader and compacted by using vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to meet requirement as per Technical Specification including, watering rolling etc complete.

Construction of embarkment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement to table 300-2 Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrowpits area including all Leads & lifts.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricating and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Technical Specification (Grade II material)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricating and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Technical Specification.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification (low porosity)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A as per Technical Specification.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A as per Technical Specification.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification. (R.C.C.- M30)

Printing new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and Technical Specification (English and Roman).

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-\reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide , fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on angle Iron post with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per Specification.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint as per Specification.

Providing and fixing of a typical design of PMGSY Informatory Sign Board “The board will be a composite unit consisting of three plates of Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart Centre to Centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia. medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. The height of bottom of the lower most plate will be 1200 mm from normal ground level and the bottom of middle plate will be 100 mm above the top level of the lower most plate. The diamond Shaped plate mounted over angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square medium steel section of 47 mm x 47 mm thickness 12 SWG having a spacing of 100 mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be welded to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. ii). the lettering and borders, etc. of middle and bottom plate, PMGSY logo on top plate shall be Messages/Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing.

Providing and fixing logo board of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana as per standard design of National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency, diamond size (600 X 600 mm) 3 mm thick ACM plate and board plate size (1100 X 300 mm) 3 mm thick ACM plate and 2.4 m deep length square hollow section (75 X 75 X 6 mm) size including fitting and painting lettering with Retroreflective sheeting class B as per drawings incl. fixing in CC M20 (450 X 450 X 600 mm) as per IRC 67 and per MoRD, GR of 02.12.2019 for detailed specifications.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Citizen’s information board as per drawing, 2 Nos. 4 mm thick ACM plate of 900 X 750 mm fixed at top and bottom duly welded diagonally with M.S square hollow section 75 x 75 x 5 mm thick as per standard design of National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency. Painting lettering with Retroreflective sheeting class B as per drawings square hollow section post duly embedded in M20 (600 X 600 X 750 mm). and per MoRD, GR of 02.12.2019 for detailed specifications.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specifications. 5th kilometer stone(precast)

Speed Braker (For 9.0 Mt Formation Width (5.50 carriage way width))Providing and laying rounded hump type of Speed Breaker confirming to IRC – 99 and as per guidelines and drawings of NRRDA circular no. DO No. P-17019/6/2006/PII Dated 16 Sept 2009, including providing, laying and compaction of GSB, G II, G III, MSS, Seal Coat Type B, as per specifications and appended drawing on both the sides of carriage way up to formation width maintaining rounded hump type shape with bituminous mix material i/c providing and painting of black and white strips, providing and fixing of two no. 600mm equilateral retro reflecting sign boards, i/c cost of all materials, labour T & P & Machinery etc complete on flexible or rigid pavment and as directed by engineer in charge as per relevant clauses of MORD specifications.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 & finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (As per Government letter No.SOR 102003/94/S-1/Dated.20-7-2004)

Provision of 12 nos. rumble strips covered with hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, 300 mm wide and placed at 600 mm centre-to-centre , marked with white strips of road marking paint.
