Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures or from borrow area graded by motor grader and compacted by using vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification including, watering rolling etc complete.

Construction of embarkment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement to table 300-2 Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrowpits area with all lead & lift.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricating and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Technical Specification (Grading II material)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricating and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Technical Specification.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification (low porosity)

Providing, Laying 37.50 mm thick Built Up spray grout In ome layers using blak crused stone aggregate as per gradation and specification including using RS1 for tack coat at the rate of 4.00 Kg/10 Sq.m on surface by machanical sprayer aand bitumen of VG 30 grade n of mixing with aggregate at the rate of 1.99 % i.e. 19.90 Kg/M.T. by weight of total mix including heating and mixing drum mix plant, transporting and spreading the same with paver finisher and consolidation by vibratory roller including necessary firewood, oil, lubricants, labour charges etc. using contractors own drum mix plant and equipment, tools etc. complete in accordance with the requirement of specification.

Providing, laying and rolling of 37.50mm compacted thick B.M. in one layer with B.T. aggregate as specified and using bitumen for tack coat at the rate of 2.50 Kg. / 10Sqm. and using bitumen (VG-30) for mixing with aggregate at the rate of 3.3% of total mix including heating and mixing in drum mix plant, and transporting and spreading the same by paver finisher and consolidation with vibratory roller 80 to 100 Kn static weight including necessary firewood, oil, lubricants, labour charges, using contractor's own drum mix plant, machineries and requirement, tool etc. completed in accordance with the requirement of specification.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-A) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen (VG-30) @ 22 kg / 10 Sqmt. to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement and using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per Technical Specification. Printing new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per Technical Specification (English and Roman)

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-\reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide as per technical specification fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on angle Iron post with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per Specification.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint as per technical Specification.

Providing and fixing of a typical design of PMGSY Informatory Sign Board “The board will be a composite unit consisting of three plates of Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart Centre to Centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia. medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. The height of bottom of the lower most plate will be 1200 mm from normal ground level and the bottom of middle plate will be 100 mm above the top level of the lower most plate. The diamond Shaped plate mounted over angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square medium steel section of 47 mm x 47 mm thickness 12 SWG having a spacing of 100 mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be welded to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. ii). the lettering and borders, etc. of middle and bottom plate, PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 Messages/Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing.

Providing and fixing logo board of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana as per standard design of National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency, diamond size (600 X 600 mm) 3 mm thick ACM plate and board plate size (1100 X 300 mm) 3 mm thick ACM plate and 2.4 m deep length square hollow section (75 X 75 X 6 mm) size including fitting and painting lettering with Retroreflective sheeting class B as per drawings incl. fixing in CC M20 (450 X 450 X 600 mm) as per IRC 67 and per MoRD, GR of 02.12.2019 for detailed specifications.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY CITIZEN'S INFORMATION BOARD with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing, made of 75mm square or 75mm dia. circular steel tube of 12 SWG 3.2 m hight and cross member 2 Nos. 1m long, fixed with Angle iron 50 x 50 x 5 mm MS angle on the back side 2Nos vertical and 4 Nos horizontal. It is mounted by 2 plates of 1.6mm thick and size 900 x 750 mm, the pipe shall be erracted on 600 x 600 x 750 mm foundation blocks at appropriate depth made of cement concrete 1:2:4, painted by standard color as per drawing with lettering, border, heading and logo etc. using sinthetic enamel paint of superior quality and all details as per standard drawing of PMGSY including welding, excavation, concreting, painting of base, border and lettering, painting cross section of road and other required details etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge for any type of board wheather for flexible pavement or concrete pavement as prescribed for PMGSY.(One for Flexible, Rigid Pavement & maintenance).
