1) Bidder must fill their percentage rate quotations w.r.t the tender estimated value by filling Excess (+) or Less (-) or At Par (=) and Percentage rate in figures in the appropriate column of Price Bid Format. 2) Cells indicated only in blue colour are editable / open. 3) At Par would mean that bidder is quoting at estimated cost only, i.e. quoted percentage rates in figure will be 0%. 4) Quantities of each item may vary as per the requirement. There is no guarantee of minimum quantity in any of the items, which may increase or decrease during execution of the contract. Payment shall be made based on the actual executed quantities. 5) Price must be quoted strictly as per the format above. Prices shall remain firm and no escalation on any account will be allowed during the contract period. 6) The above rates are inclusive of all the taxes, duties, applicable GST and all Governmental levies applicable including but not limited to customs duty, wherever applicable, GST, Corporate tax, Personal tax and other taxes, duties, levies, transportation etc. as on the date of submission of priced bid. 7) The contractor has to perform jobs as listed in the Schedule B - Schedule of rates only. 8) In case, two or more bidders quote the same rate (%) such that their bids are evaluated as being lowest and equal, then ranking for L-1 bidder will be made based upon their average turnover for the previous two financial years. The bidder with such highest average turnover shall be treated as L-1 bidder. In this regard, bidders to submit self-attested copy of audited annual reports or audited balance sheets and profit and loss accounts in support of financial turnover for previous two years along with bid (Date of immediate previous two financial year’s annual account should not be older than eighteen (18) months from the bid closing date). Documents to be submitted along with the bid shall be ranked as L-1 bidder and shall be awarded the work. No cognizance shall be taken of any documents submitted in this regard by a bidder after opening of the price bid.
