Supplying synthetic enamel paint thinner from M/s. Asian paints / Berger paints / ICI dulux / Nerolac including transportation, loading, unloading at township department stores etc. complete all as directed by Engineer. Bill copy to be submitted to department alongwith delivery challan and entry to be got verified at Township security gate. Note : Thinner should be compatible with the Synthetic enamel paint being supplied.

Taking delivery from department stores, Conveying and applying Two coats of "ACRYLIC DISTEMPER" paint over existing painted walls / ceilings to give an even shade including preparing the surface by removing loose paints, cracks and making good the damaged & rough surfaces smooth, minor repairs, sealing of cracks with Birla white cement / JK white cement crack free putty, cement slurry / cement mortar, cleaning of doors, windows, ventilators etc after completion of work. Item includes cost of labour, necessary scaffolding ,tools and tackles etc. shifting & replacing in position all type of furniture and other items of occupants complete as directed by the Engineer. Note: Paint used under this item will be paid separately in relavant item.

Taking delivery from department stores ,Conveying & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over existing paint on internal plastered surface, wooden surface & Structural Steel etc for residential quarters including scaffolding, minor repairs with cement, sealing of cracks with Birla white cement / JK white cement crack free putty making good the damage & rough surfaces wherever required with suitable compatible putty (metal, wood, cement based ) of approved brand, making the surfaces smooth, cleaning of dirt, removal of old mortar dripping whenever required, preparing the surfaces with necessary sand paper, wire brush , grinder etc.,, cleaning of doors, windows, ventilators etc after the completion of work as shown by the engineer. Item includes cost of labour, scaffolding , tools & tackles etc shifting & replacing in position all type of furniture and other items complete as directed by the Engineer. Note : Paint used under this item will be paid separately in relavant item.
