The bidder is required to have prior work experience in specific categories, including: * Category 1: Project experience on Eligible Projects in Railways sector * Category 2: Project experience on Eligible Projects in core sector * Category 3: Construction experience on Eligible Projects in Railways sector * Category 4: Construction experience on Eligible Projects in core sector For a project to qualify as an Eligible Project under Categories 1 and 2, it should have been undertaken as a PPP project, the entity claiming experience should have held a minimum of 26% equity. For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have received cumulative payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, fully or partially, during the last 5 previous Financial Years and the current Financial Year. The amounts actually received during such years shall qualify for purposes of computing the Technical Capacity, but receipts of less than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost (Rs. 25.67 crore), which is less than Rs. 2.567 crore, shall not be reckoned as receipts/execution of Eligible Projects. The value and percentage of similar works completed are not specified, except that the bidder's experience in similar works, such as Railway Electrification, is required. The monetary value for receipts of less than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost is Rs. 2.567 crore.
