Toilet Dado Work : Providing and laying Lapato/ Matt /Glossy/ Non skid,/Rustic finish/sugar finish Vitrified tiles in dado using minimum 10 mm thick tiles as per approved make list by architect /client (size 600 mm X600mm) fixed in dado on 10 mm th. Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) All surfaces must be dimensionally stable according to IS 1443-1972, level, cured, undamaged, compact,rigid,resistant, dry and free from any debonding agents tiles fixed by approved tile adhesive and all application shall be done under instruction of manufacturer guideline and specification , and jointed with 3mm thick epoxy grouting as per approved make of approved shade and colour in proper line and level as per detailed drawing / instruction all complete as per approved sample by Architect, drawings and instruction of EIC. at all floors / all levels / all heights and all shapes.

Anti termite treatment injection system.

Rising Dampness and Negative side waterproofing for internal walls: For rising dampness and encapsulation treatment of dampness on internal walls treatment to be done with Diasen -Watstop, a 3 component product having resistance to water ingress of 9.5 ATM for both Negative side and positive and should have excellent resistance to Salt. Diasen - Watstop to be applied in 1/2 coats at consumption rate of 1 kg/m2. The application can be done by Brush or roller to give smooth and even finish good enough for putty/paint application. .Work complete including all type of tools , tackles, scaffolding etc complete at any level and height. work complete as per the instuction of EIC/Client/Architect.

Texture paint :Wall painting two coats with Rustic Exterior Taxture of Asian or equivalent approved brand in any shades and colour as directed on wall surface to give an even shade including applying of a one coat of Penetrating prmer or equivalent and two coats of paint, scaffolding to at any height with all labour and material thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth etc. complete. The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, free from dust, oil, grease and laitance etc. All traces of release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all loose material must be removed by stiff bristle brushing. The primer / paint application is to be done with the rollers. rate shall be including crack filling and levelling as per manufacturers specfication. Top coat should have. 1) Low VOC content. 2) Crack Bridging ability upto 2.6 mm. 3) 100% pure acrylic emulsion 4) Anti-Carbonation concrete protection 5) Very Low Flame spread 6) Superior Washability

Toilet Pluming Repairng Work Service: WC,Basin,NT,Shower,Spout,Control valve, Etc. Dismental or Installation in case of any leakage in above items. Count of each thing will be paid seperataly.

Extra for providing and grouting grooves of size up to 5mm x 5mm with epoxy grout in floor or dado of Any size with PVC spacer and matching colour epoxy grout of BAL or equivalent of approved shade. Rate shall be inclusive of cleaning the grooves, protecting the edges before filling, and cleaning the tiles on completion etc. all complete as per detailed specifications and instructions of Engineer in charge. Rate shall be paid for actual area of floor/dado grouted.
