National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited Tender

i) Hiring of Non-A/C Bolero Neo with driver, fuel, all kinds of maintenance/repairing, all kinds of taxes (except GST & Toll taxes), duties, insurance charges, pollution clearence, Government levies etc. (as per special condition of the tender and the note recorded below.) ii) GST,parking charges & toll tax shall be paid extra on production of documentry proof. iii) The scope of total kilometeres travelled would be (3000 kms * nos. of vehicles) on aggregate basis per month. iv) If the vehicles are taken in phases the aggregate km would be number of vehicles in operation multiplied by 3000kms. In case of any vehicle used less than a month, prorata km will be taken for aggregate km. v) The rates shall include cost of the activities including wages, all allowances and benefits payment towards entitled medical and annual leave, EPF contributions, insurance (as applicable), as per conditions of contract.

All vehicles could be utilized for (3000 km X No. of vehicles) on aggregate basis and utilisation of kilometeres of individual vehicles shall not be considered. Any extra charges for kilometere would be paid over and above aggregate (3000 km X No. of vehicles). Charges for per extra Kms beyond (3000 km X No. of vehicles) for Non-A/C Bolero Neo on aggregate basis.

The normal working hours will be 12hrs. per day per vehicle.Any extra charges will be paid for usage beyond 12 hrs. on day to day basis.
