Providing storage rack ready to assemble type, self-standing, over hanging or partition mounted storage system having 450 mm. Ready to assemble type, Self-standing storage unit having depth 450mm as per requirements with following details: Carcass and shelves: Made from 18mm pre laminated/post laminated panels of 16 mm BWR calibrated ply confirming to IS 303 covered with 0.8 mm laminate on both side glued with PUR glue, 0.8mm thick PVC edge bands glued with hot melt Glues on auto edge banding machine. All panels should be interchangeable to facilitate assembly at site. The shelves are connected with body through adjustable shelf supports. Back Panel: 3mm high pressure compact sheet both side laminated hold in slit formed in the body. Shutters: Made from Flat laminated Plywood confirming to IS 303 of 16mm BWR calibrated ply confirming to IS 303 covered with laminate on both side glued with PUR glue, with 2 mm thick PVC edge bands glued with hot melts Glues on auto edge banding machine with pre milling attachment, Hinged with concealed auto clip-on system "Blum", "Grass" or "Hettich" make OR top sliding mechanism with 25 x 25 mm aluminium extruded channels and Top mounted laterally guided ball bearing blocks. KD fittings: 8 mm x 45 mm concealed bolt with 15 mm eccentric cranks, 8 mm jute dowels, 75 x 50 mm M.S. brackets, etc. complete. Drilling and boring work is done on Multi drill machine in KD-32 system. All mounting holes are notched in all axis simultaneously in single reference. The maximum span between two adjacent holes should not be more than 96 mm.

P & F post laminated Work Top with mounter overall size 1200/1500/1800 /2100 X 750 - 1050 mm as per requirements, made from 25MM HDHMR laminated board both side 1mm laminated. All edges are covered by 2 mm PVC edge bands glued by hot melt glue applied by auto edge banding machine. MS Brackets are provided to mount with Partition or Gable end. KD fitting: Entire table is assembled through 8mmX45mm concealed bolt with 15mm eccentric cranks, 8mm wooden dowels, etc. Complete drilling and boring work is done on Multi drill machine in KD – 32 System. All mounting holes are notched in all axis simultaneously in single reference. Complete interchange ability is required in all parts.

All mounting holes are notched in all axis simultaneously in single reference. Complete interchange ability is required in all parts.

Providing and fixing Roller blinds as per approved make as per suggested shade & spring drive system with steel ball chain/one touch with speed control action roller blind with end brackets with head rail, components, bottom bar. Fabric: screen classic 5% Fabric value: 465 gsm, Thickness: 0.65 mm Fabric to be as per approved sample. All the work completes as per the detailed drawing, mock-up sample and instruction of Architect/EIC.All complete as per approval of designer. The mode of Measurement: The size of the blind will be measured from end to end bracket (Left to Right bracket) height will be measured from top of the pelmet to sill bottom level and clear opening size only there will be not extra payment towered overlapping.& mock-up sample approved by the Architect/ EIC.

Sofa 2-Seater: Providing and fixing in position of the 2-seater sofas as per the drawing. It shall be made up of synthetic leather with the rubber wood frame. Seat foam shall be urethane foam with silicon fill and form shall have density of 31-33 kg/cubic cm and webbing material shall be s-spring. It shall have dimensions 1400W X 920D X 820H in mm complete as per design, drawing and as per specifications / additional specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Centre Table: Providing and fixing glass top rectangular top centre table as per the drawing. It shall have overall size 750mm(W)x500mm(D)x400mm(H). The under structure of the table shall be made of BWR calibrated ply confirming to IS 303 covered with 1mm lamination with wooden texture and water proof paper. Top glass shall be 10mm thick. The accessories used in the table shall be metal alloy and stainless steel complete as per design, drawing and as per specifications / additional specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Basic cost with GST Rs 8000/00

Mesh Back medium chair - Supply and installation of approved make size W 660 X D 600 X 950 H with fabric upholstery on Pu Foam Seat, Adjustable head rest and arm rest, adjustable lumbar support, self-adjustable mechanism with 4 locking position with nylon caster and star base, nylon star base for extra load carrying capacity, The chair include pneumatic seat height adjustment, tilt adjustment for back and also with two pair of caster, as per design given by the architect and approved by the engineer in charge.
