The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Total value of civil engineering constructions performed in the last five years - Minimum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years - Value of similar works completed, specifically for Water Recharge Well/ Tubewell, which is at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, i.e., ` 8238153.12/- (40% of ` 20595382.80/-) - The bidder should have completed at least one contract of similar work of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. - The bidder should have completed 60% of the quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station, etc. within the last five years. - The lead partner in a joint venture must meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. - The bidder needs to provide details of work performed, including project name, employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. - A certificate from the Engineer-in-charge should also be attached. - The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.----Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years.
