The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage at 5% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which bids are received.
For key personnel, the required experience includes:
- For the position of Contractor’s Representative/Project Manager, 20 years of experience, including 15 years of experience in Hydraulic Core Drilling work in Masonry Dam and Grouting Work in Masonry Dam, with a Master's degree in Geology.
- For the position of Site Engineer, 5 years of experience, including 3 years of experience in Hydraulic Core Drilling work, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- For the position of Material & Quality Control Engineer, 2 years of experience in core drilling work, with a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
The bidder should demonstrate that it will have suitably qualified and adequate numbers of minimum Key Personnel to perform the Contract. The bidder should also have experience in managing Environmental, Social, and Health aspects, with a degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in similar work environments.
