The bidder should have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically in works of a similar nature. The required prior work experience includes works such as Construction of Canal, Dismantling of Existing Concrete, Stone Masonry, R.C.C. Pipes & C.C. Lining, Excavation, Earthwork, Compaction, TMT Bars, M-15& M-20 Grade Concrete, 225 mm, 600 mm RCC Pipe, Asphalt joint. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. The percentage of completion for substantially completed works is 90 percent, meaning those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should have completed 60% of the quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station, etc. within the last five financial years. The bidder is required to provide details of similar works completed, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay. The total value of civil engineering constructions performed in the last five years should also be provided. The cost of the work to be executed is Rs. 24503747.45. The bidder should indicate actual figures of costs and amount for the works executed by them. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.----Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years. To qualify for more than one contract, the applicant must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract.
