The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Paving Block Road completed works: - Three works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 292.34 Lakh), - Two works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 292.34 Lakh), - One work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 292.34 Lakh) * Building completed works: - Three works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 48.50 Lakh), - Two works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 48.50 Lakh), - One work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 48.50 Lakh) * Cement Concrete Road/Reinforcement Cement Concrete Road with Tri-mix completed works: - Three works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 45.92 Lakh), - Two works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 45.92 Lakh), - One work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 45.92 Lakh) * Storm water Drainage Pipe Line/Under Ground Drainage Pipe Line completed works: - Three works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 7.68 Lakh), - Two works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 7.68 Lakh), - One work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 7.68 Lakh) * Water Supply PVC Pipe Line completed works: - Three works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 2.42 Lakh), - Two works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 2.42 Lakh), - One work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 2.42 Lakh) The bidder should have completed these works as a prime contractor, and the experience of working as a sub-contractor will not be considered. The works completed during the last 5 years will be considered for evaluation. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works with amounts of 40% of the tender amount or more, 50% of the tender amount or more, and 80% of the tender amount or more during the last 5 years from 01/04/2020. The tender amount is Rs. 396.85 Lakh. The required percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the tender amount or more, with corresponding amounts being 40% of Rs. 396.85 Lakh, 50% of Rs. 396.85 Lakh, and 80% of Rs. 396.85 Lakh.
