The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. Specifically, the bidder should have prior work experience in areas including RCC Pipeline Work, with a minimum of 400 RMT of not less than 300 MM Dia of RCC NP-3 pipe, and LED Street Light Work, with a minimum of 20 Nos. For similar nature of work, the bidder must have completed works in the following areas: 1. CONSTRUCTION WORK OF RCC ROAD WITH DIVIDER AND FOOTPATH: - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 2,67,34,152/- - OR Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 1,67,08,845/- - OR Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 1,33,67,076/- 2. CONSTRUCTION WORK OF RCC PIPE STORM WATER DRAINAGE WORK: - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 33,60,843/- - OR Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 21,00,527/- - OR Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 16,80,421/- 3. SITC OF LED STREET LIGHT: - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 19,03,333/- - OR Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 11,89,583/- - OR Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 9,51,666/- The bidder should also have completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 9,51,666/- or three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 11,89,583/-. Proposals for subcontracting components of the Works amounting to more than 10 per cent of the Bid Price should be provided. The experience of works executed in Government (State/Central), Board, Corporation, and Government Undertaking/Organizations of state & central government shall only be considered for evaluation. No specific percentage of similar works is mentioned for evaluation purposes, but the bidder's capacity shall be computed based on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years. The available bid capacity should be more than or equal to the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs. 3,99,97,910/-. The bidder's financial capability should be furnished in Rupees only, and the bidder must have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 1,99,98,955/- in the last three financial years. The bidder's turnover of the previous year and the cost of completed/executed similar nature of work/O&M shall be given additional weightage of ten percent per year to bring them to the 2025-2026 price level to account for price escalation. The credit for the bidder who has completed a work in joint venture is allocated in proportion to the stake.
