Lakhs and 20%, respectively. For joint ventures, the lead partner must meet at least 50 percent of the criteria, while other joint venture partners should have experience not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The credit for the bidder who has completed a work in joint venture is allocated based on their stake in the project. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated at the 2023-24 price level, and the value of existing commitments. The bidder should also have experience in pipeline work, including metallic and non-metallic pipelines, with specific minimum diameter and length requirements. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with the total value of civil engineering constructions worked on in the last five years being mentioned.
