The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of Underground Drainage/Sewerage of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Alternatively, they can have experience in completing at least two pipeline works of similar nature with an updated completion cost of not less than 50% (Rs. 327.24 lakhs) of the amount put to tender, or at least three pipeline works with an updated completion cost of not less than 40% (Rs. 261.80 lakhs) of the amount put to tender. The proposed contract value is approximately Rs. 6,54,47,974.50. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of the contract applied for. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in building work having R.C.C. frame Structure of not less than G+7 or 24.00 m Ht. with finishing and integrated services like Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting (MEPF) with Site Development works as a main contractor in the period of last five years. The specific values and percentages mentioned are: 40% of the proposed contract value, 50% (Rs. 327.24 lakhs), and 40% (Rs. 261.80 lakhs). For joint ventures, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should have experience in civil engineering constructions, with specific requirements including a "A" class certificate issued by the government R&B department or W.R. department, and employment of certain numbers of graduate and diploma civil engineers based on the cost of the work. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years and provide information on quantities of work executed as prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should also have a total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, with details to be provided for each year. The bidder is required to provide information on the value of works remaining to be completed as part of their existing commitments and on-going works.
