The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the preceding three years prior to the bid submission due date, with at least one of the following conditions met: a) One project of minimum 80% of the estimated project capacity, b) Two projects each of minimum 50% of the estimated project capacity, c) Three projects each of minimum 40% of the estimated project capacity. The similar works include treatment and disposal of Legacy MSW by bio-remediation and bio-mining process, and disposal of RDF and inert. The eligible projects should have been executed for any Urban Local Body/ Government / Public Sector Undertakings in India with a direct contract, and no sub-contract project experience is considered for qualification. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in supplying RDF to at least one cement factory. The estimated project cost is 2,84,61,099.00 INR, and the bidder should have a net worth of minimum 10% of this cost and availability of credit facilities/ solvency of no less than 20% of the estimated project cost. The bidder should also have an MoU with a cement company and a certificate for supplying RDF to any cement company in the financial year 2023-2024 or 2024-2025.
