The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a registration with a government or municipal corporation in 'AA' Class. The bidder should have similar work experience, specifically providing, supplying, lowering, laying, and jointing of Sewerage/Storm Water/Water Supply Pipeline Work. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 45,94,52,996.28. This means the bidder should have completed similar works worth at least 40% of Rs. 45,94,52,996.28, which is Rs. 18,37,81,198.91. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of carrying out work of Concrete/M.S. pipe laying by Micro Tunnel Boring Machine having a minimum diameter of 1000 mm and a minimum length of 1.0 Km from a maximum of two completed works cumulatively during the last 7 years. The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 64,89,44,910/- in any one year, over the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed, with a certificate from the employer submitted along with the application. The bidder's prior work experience is evaluated based on their general and particular experience, personnel and equipment capabilities, and financial positions.
