The bidder should have experience of successful completion of O&M of minimum one Sewage Treatment Plant for at least Two years. The bidder should have completed at least one work of similar nature of 50% of the tendered capacity. For bidders offering treatment based on SBR process, the technology provider must have provided SBR process based Technology for minimum One no. of capacity not less than 80% of the Tendered capacity or Two nos. of each capacity not less than of 50% of the Tendered capacity or three nos. of each capacity not less than of 40% of the Tendered capacity. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar work experience can be in one of the following forms: (1a) Three similar completed works, each costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the Estimated Cost. (2a) Two similar completed works, each costing not less than an amount equal to 50% of the Estimated Cost. (3a) One similar completed work, costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the Estimated Cost. The required values and percentages mentioned are: - 50% of the tendered capacity - 80% of the Tendered capacity - 50% of the Tendered capacity - 40% of the Tendered capacity - Two years - Seven years from the last date of the previous month in which tender published. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience for the proposed key personnel. The bidder's past experience is considered as one of the qualification criteria. The bidder should further have experience of successful completion of O&M of minimum one Sewage Treatment Plant out of the “Work of Similar Nature” completed by bidder for at least Two years. The financial criteria also include an average annual turnover of last three years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should not be less than 30% of the estimated tender cost. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet the cash flow estimated as 20% of the estimated tender amount. The bidder's net worth should be at least 15% of the estimated cost of the tender during the last financial year. A solvency certificate of a Bank or a Revenue Officer of an amount up to a minimum of 20% of the estimated cost of the work is also required.
