The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the construction and operation of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) or Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) with specific capacities. The required experience includes: - One similar completed work of ISR STP/ISR Effluent Treatment Plant with a minimum capacity of 4 MLD Net Output (Permeate Output) - Two similar completed works of ISR STP/ISR Effluent Treatment Plant with a minimum capacity of 2.5 MLD Net Output (Permeate Output) - Three similar completed works of ISR STP/ISR Effluent Treatment Plant with a minimum capacity of 2 MLD Net Output (Permeate Output) Additionally, the bidder should have experience in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of at least one STP for a minimum of 1 year. The bidder should also provide details of their experience in constructing sewage treatment plants over the last 10 years for reference. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder is required to have an average annual turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the works for the last seven years. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated value of the works. A notarized Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Rs.300/- is necessary for the technology tie-up agreement. The bidder should have completed the mentioned similar works within the last 5 years from the date of the previous month in which the tender was invited.

The eligible class required by a bidder to participate or bid in the tender is 'AA Class' or equivalent appropriate class.
