The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 10 years. The similar works can be either of the following: - Three similar completed works each of value of 40% of the tender value, - Two similar completed works each of value of 50% of the tender value, - One similar completed work of value of 80% of the tender value. For private works (not sublet), only building construction works are considered, and the value is considered as 50% of the work done. The bidder's project team should consist of persons with experience in specific disciplines, including a Senior Engineer with experience of building work, Senior Material Engineer, Senior Quantity Surveyor, and a Project management expert, Site in charge. The approximate value of the work is Rs. 2,47,28,254.60. The bidder is also required to provide information about their financial capacity, including their annual turnover for the last three years and the price of the biggest job carried out. The bid security is mentioned as 1% of the estimate put to tender, which is Rs.2,47,283/- in this case.
